First time guests please arrive fifteen minutes prior to the start of your treatment to fill out paperwork. This will also allow you to fully unwind and enjoy your treatment. As a courtesy to all of our guests, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment if the schedule is booked. We always do our best to accommodate you.
Child Safety Policy
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reason and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We LOVE children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests or focus required by our staff. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

At the discretion of the guest and quality of service, gratuities are typically 18-20% of your full service price in cash or credit form. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities.
Approved makeup is acceptable after a facial, if not approved by your Aesthetician, we recommend waiting at least 4 hours to apply. Please remember to drink plenty of water after a facial or massage and re-apply sunscreen every 2 hours when in the sun; make this a habit.
Gift certificates are redeemable for all services. Gift certificates are at Face Value. Cannot be used towards gratuities. They may be purchased by phone or within the spa. They must be presented at time of service and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Cannot be applied with any Membership discounts or offers. Cannot be used on products, or combined with any other special offers. Terms and conditions subject to change without notice.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the original price of service booked. If you have a membership program, or have a package your treatment will be forfeited. No Shows result in 50% of the original price of service booked. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we will not go over the allotted appointment time.
Retail / Service Policy
Sales on services,packages, & products are final. However, unused and unopened products may be exchanged for a different product or applied to a store credit within 14 days.
Prior to Appointment
If you are receiving a Microdermabrasion, Chemical peel or Waxing; please stop use of all retinoids or alpha hydroxy acids 3 days prior to your treatment with us.
